If you own one of these products
This is the message we most want to get. Our reviews are built from makers’ specs and what owners report, and we have not used the products ourselves. If you own a tub or a chiller we have written about and your experience doesn’t match the page, tell us:
- which product and which page
- how long you have had it
- what happened, with numbers if you have them: water temperature, how long it held, what broke and when
We use owner reports to correct and add to our reviews. We won’t publish your name without asking.
Corrections
If a figure on the site is wrong, tell us which page and what is incorrect, and where the right figure comes from if you know. Specs change and makers revise their warranties, so some of what we print will go out of date between checks.
Corrections are made openly. When we change the substance of a page, its updated date changes with it.
If you represent a brand
You are welcome to send a spec sheet, a manual or a correction to something we got wrong. We don’t accept payment for a listing, a ranking or a review, and a product’s place on a list can’t be bought. How the site earns is set out in our affiliate disclosure, and how we choose is in how we review.
What we can’t help with
We don’t sell anything, so we can’t help with an order, a delivery or a warranty claim. Those go to the shop or the maker. We also can’t give medical advice. If you have a health condition, ask a doctor before you get into cold water.
